There are set fees for certain routine procedures and services. Please check with
us if you are unsure.
Fees are payable at the time of services, eg at the consultation, or when collecting
your pet from the surgery. Gold Club members can benefit from our extended payments
If costs are a concern, mention this to a member of staff at your earliest opportunity
and discuss it with the veterinary surgeon early in the consultation. We will be
happy to explain and discuss different treatment options available and the likely

We accept payment by cash or credit/debit card. We are no longer able to accept cheques.
We are happy to help you with pet insurance claims. We will complete claims forms
and supply copies of clinical records at no charge. Please be aware that it is your
responsibility to settle the fees with us and to reclaim them from your insurers.
Direct claims to the insurers may be possible in some circumstances.
